David Henry - David retired from the US Air Force in 2000. During his career he worked as a mechanic on the C-5A and C-141B, flight engineer on the C-141B, and as a combat communications technician.

He has over 15 years of experience in adult education within the private sector, Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has developed courses and taught classes in flight instruction, basic electronics, computer software/hardware, and telephone installation & maintenance.

His degrees include a B.S. in Computer Science from Chapman University, an M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Mark Lynch – Mark has more than 10 years experience in Fortune 500 high technology companies as a Professional Technical Operations Manager.

He is known for his ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills, analytical competence, and task prioritization.

He has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. His professional certifications include ATT Broadband, Cable System Fiber Optics and Advanced Services Management, High Speed Internet Computer, NT4 Workstation, and Cable Span Telephony Networks.
